Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri stormed off in anger after television cameras caught Gonzalo Higuain and David Luiz clashing at a training session in Baku ahead of Wednesday’s Europa League final.

Sarri was seen throwing away his Chelsea baseball cap, kicking it and then picking it up and angrily slamming it to the ground as he left the pitch at the Baku Olympic Stadium, where the final against Arsenal will be played.
The whole training session was open to media and so television cameras caught the incident, which does not bode well for Chelsea in the lead up to the match.
The former Napoli boss has been strongly linked with a return to Italy to take the vacant coaching position at champions Juventus.
“I want to think only to the final. I have a contract with Chelsea for two years, so first of all I will speak with Chelsea, but now is not the moment,” Sarri said of the Juventus speculation at a press conference in Baku on Tuesday.

Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury deliver heavyweight epic, controversial split decision draw

It was one of the most anticipated heavyweight battles in recent memory. It went all the way between the two undefeated fighters, living up to its intense billing.
It ended in a draw.
Deontay Wilder was the unbeaten champion on home soil and had two knockdowns, but Tyson Fury outboxed his opponent over 12 rounds, leading to yet another split decision that has the boxing world torn.
At the end of the day, both fighters had their arms raised in Los Angeles’ Staples Center, with the judges scoring the fight: 115-111 to Wilder, 114-110 to Fury, and a 113-113.
Naturally, both fighters thought they had it won.
“I think, with the two knockdowns, I definitely won the fight,” Wilder said after the bout.
“We poured our hearts out tonight. We both were warriors. We both went hand to hand. But, with those two drops, I feel like I won the fight. I don’t think he had control of the fight. I wasn’t hurt. I came out slow. I rushed my punches.”
Fury, who was returning from a nearly three-year hiatus, was taunting Wilder for much of the fight, sticking his tongue out and putting his hands behind his back in the middle of each round.
While Wilder’s power was on show, Fury’s defence was arguably more impressive and consistent — the champion connecting on just 17 percent of his power shots, after landing 54 percent in his previous eight fights — with the Brit believing he should have won the fight.
“We’re on away soil, I got knocked down twice, but I still believe I won the fight, and I believe every man in here believes I won that fight tonight,” Fury said.
“But I’m showing total professionalism here. I’m a true champion, a true warrior. I went to Germany to fight Klitschko, I came out to America to fight Deontay Wilder.
The world knows the truth. I thought I won the fight.”
The decision was split, and the scorecard showed just that, with each judge seeing every round differently throughout.

Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury — draw; split decision.

Shut Up!!! Yes I Saw Obinim In Heaven But Not As An Angel - Prophet Nigel Gaisie Descends Heavily On Ghanaians -VIDEO

The Prophet clearing the air concerning his revelation about Obinim indicated that yes, he saw Obinim in Heaven but he never saw him among the Angels of God as it has been reported by some bloggers.

But the question is if Obinim claims to be an Angel of God and then you saw him in Heaven in a revelation then logically you may have seen him among the Angels of God ─perhaps Prophet Nigel Gaisie should come clear and explain into details his revelation.

He said a lot in the video ─blasting Ghanaians for rejecting their own Prophets and following Nigerian Prophets.

The man of God added that Ghanaians should just shut up if they don’t understand revelations coming from men of God!

Medikal-Derby-Fella Saga: You Must Learn How To Cook Or He Will Dump You - Wife Of A Plus-

The range of opinions surrounding the Derby-Fella-Medikal triangle are as endless as the stars in the sky, and everyone and their mother has an opinion on the way things are going down.

The wife of controversial rapper and political commentator A Plus, Akosua Vee, is definitely one of those who has something to say concerning the issue.

One of the alleged reasons Medikal dumped Derby, aside from the obvious pressure to get married, was that she allegedly could not cook worth a damn, whilst Fella is a master in the kitchen.

It seems Medikal got just a little tired of chopping KFC and Aunti Munie and decided to go in for Fella who has been making him delicacies in his kitchen.

Commenting on that dynamic, Akosua Vee said women must take a cue and realize that when a guy says he does not care whether you can cook or not, he’s probably not telling the truth.

Writing on Facebook, she said eventually a man is going to dump a lady who can’t cook for one who can — just ask Sister Derby lol.

Check out Akosua’s post below…

“To all my lovely ladies out there, any man who tells you (I don’t look out for a lady who knows how to cook ), sister pls he dey lie ! Daakye ode b3ka wo Asem! NB:when they re seriously in love , they say a whole lot of things till reality hits them! Sister girl Berra know how to cook cz he can’t eat out everyday!!!”

KNUST Saga: Authorities Make ‘U-turn’; Reverse Ban On ‘Morale’, Hall Week Celebrations

KNUST reopens within fourteen days although lecturers have declared an indefinite strike
Fly to New York from $1318. Book now to get the best price.

In what may be described as a ‘victory’ after ‘war’, students of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, through their Student Representative Council (SRC), have managed to get leadership of the school to reverse some major decisions they took prior to recent disturbances that hit the school.

Management, among other things, was absolute about combining all hall week celebrations into one, cancelling ‘morale’, centralizing all students’ association accounts and evicting constitutionally elected executives who decided to protest their decision to convert single sex halls to mixed halls by going to court.

Enforcement of one of the bans, cancellation of ‘morale’ however sparked chaos after students decided to hold a vigil on 19th October and were, in the process of being stopped, heckled and manhandled by security officers on the campus, leading to the injury of some 11.

Subsequently, violent protests erupted leading to the destruction of dozens of vehicles and school properties.

The school was shut down in less than 48 hours with all Ghanaian students packing out of campus.

Contrary to previous times when grievances channeled to management were ‘ignored’ as suggested by statements from its student leadership; the SRC, authorities, after recent events have been receptive and more considerate.

A statement signed by SRC President Kelvin Sah indicated that management had lifted the said bans and made decisions reasonably favorable to the students.

According to portions of the statement, “In light of recent events that transpired on campus, the SRC in its continued pursuit of a fasting solution to the impasse between students and university management, we have engaged the management to address the following issues and these are the decision reached on them:”

1. Return to previous hall/college week celebration schedules. All hall celebrations will be celebrated separately.

2. Open engagement with students regularly (Have an open forum with students to get to know their concerns). Also, students will be treated with respect and dignity - unnecessary harassment from any quarters in their residential life will be promptly attended to.

3. Reverse decision to consolidate/centralise all student association accounts.

4. Complete lift of ban on morale.

It further stated that measures had been put in place to breach the strained relationship between students and security personnel and to ensure that no such standoff reoccurs moving forward.

Background

KNUST was shut down indefinitely following riots that rocked the school. Delegations from the Ministry of Education, the Asantehene and other stakeholders, after the incident met with management of the school to have talks and deliberate on the way forward.

The Governing Council of the school was also dissolved and an interim one sworn-in with government directing that the school be reopened within 14-days. Groups all the while were calling for the ‘head’ of Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kwasi Obiri Danso, describing his administration as appalling and autocratic and demanding that he be sacked.

Meanwhile, Lecturers at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology have declared an indefinite strike over the government’s dissolution of the university’s governing council.

The strike takes effect today [Friday, October 26, 2018], although students have left the campus following Monday’s violent protest.

The lecturers said they do not support the government’s arbitrary decision without due consultation with them and also sidelining the Vice Chancellor of the University from the interim council.
